Despite some room confusion and breakfast quirks, the trendy vibe and friendly staff made up for it. The location near the subway was convenient, though parking was a tad costly. Overall, a memorable experience.

During our recent business trip to New York, we stayed at a hotel located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to the metro, making it convenient to reach most destinations within 30 minutes. Although the room was a bit small, it was clean and the staff were professional. The fast Wifi and the nice restaurant and rooftop bar were definite highlights of our stay. We appreciated the good housekeeping service and the comfortable bed.

The location was perfect for us, with family nearby. Loved the decor, vibe, and friendly staff. Quick lightbulb fix. Room had all we needed, with a great shower. Minimal coffee. Cute courtyard. Uncomfortable desk chair and noisy room temperature. Staff unwelcoming. Room not properly cleaned, uncomfortable bed. Music was too loud at night, like staying in a nightclub. Far from Manhattan, but affordable with nice amenities.

Loved the cool, modern rooms with the neat bench in the shower and blue tiles, and the location near the subway in a chill neighborhood! The outside of the restaurant was super nice, great for summer hangs! The bummer was the awkward breakfast setup; staff were MIA, and the pricing felt off compared to the menu - but not a big deal, didn't ruin the fun vibe! 🌞

As a tourist, I really appreciated the close proximity of the hotel to LGA airport and city transit links. It made it easy to get around and explore the city. The functional design of the small rooms was also a plus, as it allowed for a comfortable stay without feeling cramped. Additionally, I enjoyed the presence of a gym and a wonderful seating area outside in an inner yard. It provided a great space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro stations in a peaceful area, away from the hustle & bustle. The room and bathroom were compact yet clean. The breakfast spread was limited but decent, and the view of the courtyard was lovely. The friendly staff and the on-site restaurant were additional advantages.

My stay was marred by the lack of professionalism displayed by the front desk agent and security guard, leading to an inconvenient 30-minute delay during check-in.

We absolutely loved our stay here - the location is perfect with great access to the metro and it’s in a very nice area far from the tourist frenzy. The staff were fantastic and provided excellent service, and our room had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. We enjoyed spending time in the garden and loved the garden furniture that was available to us. The flatscreen TV and parquet floor were also nice touches.

Although there wasn’t an additional casual dining restaurant or cafe for guests, the restaurant here had a great atmosphere and was popular with the local community. We definitely recommend this place to our friends and can’t wait to come back again soon.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The parking was convenient, and the hotel is very close to the metro, making transportation hassle-free. The location in a nice area far from tourist frenzy was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was fabulous! The rooms were modern and clean with really comfortable beds. I loved the fact that there was a refrigerator in the room, it was so convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions and transportation links nearby. it was a great experience.

There were a couple of minor issues. there were some problems with the TV channels freezing and the Wifi occasionally going off.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, professional service and a good location. Close to a main transportation line with great views from the rooms and a lovely courtyard to relax in. Highly recommended for those visiting the area.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We were kinda surprised by the sleek and modern design of the room with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a rainfall shower. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city's attractions. The staff were courteous and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants.
